Are you passionate about event management and eager to gain hands-on experience in an international environment? At Congress by design, we organise impactful international congresses that connect professionals, advance science, and inspire positive change. With exciting new projects on the horizon, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our team!
As an intern, you’ll play a vital role in the planning and execution of international congresses across Europe, hosting 300 to 3000 participants. You’ll work closely with our experienced Project Managers to ensure every event is a success. Your responsibilities will include supporting event management tasks such as participant communication, registration, abstract management, and speaker arrangements. You will also assist in logistics coordination, helping to organise travel, accommodation, and venue selection for congress activities.
