Full-service PCO with a focus on science

With over 20 years of experience and more than 350 national and international congresses in our portfolio, we are a reliable Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) that is committed to working for and with you, with a keen eye for detail.

Science is more important than ever. It is the foundation of progress and innovation and strengthens the position of the Netherlands. As a PCO, we contribute to this by designing and organising congresses where cross-pollination occurs between scientists and policymakers worldwide. We have a strong affinity with medical, agricultural, and knowledge-intensive topics and work for various international associations, universities, governments, and knowledge institutions.

With offices in Alphen aan den Rijn and Groningen, we are closely connected to regional networks and issues. In addition, we have city alliances with Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam, Leiden, and Groningen, and we are IAPCO certified.

Reduce your footprint

Sustainability is an integral part of our approach. We explore alternatives that are beneficial for people and society, and engage with you to make conscious choices for your congress. We are happy to help you minimise the ecological impact of your congress. To that end, we have developed a dedicated sustainability checklist, which we use as a standard. This helps us determine the sustainable options together with you. We also have investment projects to compensate for any remaining CO₂ footprint.
